CareerLabs partners with young adult alumni of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston at a critical moment in their lives — when access to opportunity, supportive guidance, and informed decision-making can profoundly shape long-term trajectories, economic mobility, and life stability.
Through personalized coaching, mentorship, and evidence-based career-readiness programming, we connect participants to the resources, relationships, and real-world experiences that build self-efficacy, expand opportunity, and spark meaningful personal and professional growth.
Our goal is to equip participants with the skills, habits, and self-efficacy to shape and sustain the futures they envision and the lives they want to lead.
